We at AZMed LLC unconditionally guarantee the quality of our products. Please note that our return policy have been adjusted due to health and safety measures derived from COVID-19.
If you find that your order contains the wrong or a defective item, simply contact us within 15 days of your delivery and we will process your return and we will refund your money accordingly. Please note that we only process returns and refunds for items purchased from AZMed, and that we will only refund shipping charges that derive from an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong item). Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items sent in error.
At this time, due to health and safety concerns we are unable to accept product returns or exchanges, except for manufacturers' defects. Please note, that the purchaser would not be refunded shipping costs when returning items back to us, if it not deemed a defective item by our staff.
